Apex Senior Secondary School

Apex Senior Secondary School is situated out on Sindhari Road, near the 132 Kv station in Apex Nagar, Barmer. Barmer is a place where life can be a bit tough due to the desert environment, and our school is built to withstand that. We are located a bit away from the main city center, which gives us a bit more space to breathe. The school covers classes all the way up to senior secondary level. We see a lot of students coming in from the surrounding villages and the newer parts of Barmer. The building itself is straightforward—nothing too fancy, just good old-fashioned classrooms where teachers use chalk and talk to the students. We focus a lot on the older kids who are trying to make something of themselves in the science or arts streams. There is a lot of sand around here, as you’d expect in Rajasthan, so we spend a fair amount of time keeping the place clean. The staff here is a mix of people who have lived in Barmer their whole lives and some who moved here for work. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished website; we just rely on the fact that people know we are here and that we take our teaching seriously. It’s a busy place when the sun is up, with students studying hard for their boards. We just try to provide a steady environment for them to do their work.
