Mission Public School

Mission Public School is situated on Bijauriya Station Road in the Bijauria area. We are not too far from the station itself, so you can hear the trains passing by sometimes. It’s just part of the background noise here in Bareilly. The school has been here for a good while now. We have a gate that we open up early every morning for the kids to come in. Most of them live close enough to walk or come on their bikes. The building is a bit older, but we keep it in decent shape. There is always a wall that needs painting or a desk that needs a bit of a fix. We don’t have a big team of maintenance people, so we do a lot of it ourselves when we have time. It’s a school where everyone knows everyone else. You can’t walk down the hall without saying hello to five people you know. We spend our days going through the lessons and making sure the kids are actually paying attention. It’s hard work, but it feels right to do it. We don’t have any big corporate goals or things like that. We just want to make sure the kids in Bijauria have a place to go to school that is safe and close to home. It’s a humble place, and we are fine with that. We just do our best with what we’ve got every single day.
