Hotel Crowne Plaza , New Delhi

We are based at 183, Qila Kothi in Bareilly. I know the name says New Delhi, which is a bit confusing for folks, but we are definitely here in U.P. The 243001 area is where we’ve been for quite some time now. It’s a basic building with rooms for travelers. We aren't some five-star place with gold curtains. It’s just a hotel. We have beds, we have bathrooms, and we keep the place as clean as we can. The street outside gets pretty busy during the day, so there’s always some noise. Our staff is local, just people from around here working a job. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s mostly just a desk and some chairs where you check in. Some guests come for work, others are just passing through to other parts of India. We spend a lot of time changing sheets and making sure the water is running right. It’s a lot of maintenance, to be honest. Some days the lift works great, other days it’s a bit moody. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. If you need a place to stay while you’re in Bareilly, we are right here at the address. It’s simple, it’s practical, and it works for most people. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
