Eventz Track Event Management has its office at C-58 in Civil Lines, Bareilly. We’re right opposite Novelty Plaza, which is a landmark most people in the city know. Being in Civil Lines is convenient for us and for our clients who want to stop by. We’ve been handling events in this area for a good number of years now. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a place where we sit down and figure out the logistics for the next job. We handle a variety of events, and each one brings its own set of challenges. We’ve learned to deal with the unexpected because things rarely go exactly as planned. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees and automated phones. We're just a dedicated team that knows Bareilly inside and out. We spend a lot of time on the phone and meeting with suppliers to make sure everything is ready when it needs to be. It’s a lot of coordination and running around. We like the buzz of the city and the energy of the events we work on. Sometimes it's stressful, but seeing a successful event come together makes it worth the effort. We don't use big words or marketing talk to impress people. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple way of working but it has served us well for a long time. People know we’re just across from the plaza if they need anything. It is how we stay connected.
