If you're looking for us, we’re at Golap Bhaban in Madhyamgram. We took the first floor, unit F-5, right near Bose Nagar Gate Number 1. It’s a busy part of the North 24 Parganas. The traffic at the gate can be pretty heavy in the mornings, but once you’re inside the office, it’s a bit quieter. We handle a lot of the property work for the Belani group from this branch. It’s mostly about managing the local developments and talking to people who want to buy or rent in the area. The office is a bit cramped with all the folders and blueprints we have lying around. We don't go for the polished look; we just want a place where we can get the work done. The staff here are mostly locals, so we know the Madhyamgram area inside out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who walk in off the street. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just steady work. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about how the town is changing. We’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up around Bose Nagar lately. Our job is to make sure the credit and property details for our projects are handled correctly. It’s a lot of typing and filing, but we stay on top of it. We like being on the first floor because we can see what’s happening outside on the main road throughout the day.
