Kalpataru

Kalpataru is situated right on Rajarhat Road in Kolkata. It is a busy street, and we are right in the middle of all the action. We are not a giant supermarket, just a local place where you can find your daily essentials without having to wander through huge aisles. We have got the usual stuff people look for, like dairy, bread, and different kinds of groceries. The shop stays quite busy because of the location. There is always someone stopping by on their way home. We have a few people working here to help out with the bags and stocking. It is not always perfectly organized, especially on delivery days when the crates are piled up near the entrance. We just try to keep things moving. Rajarhat has become so modern, but we like keeping that old-school feeling where you can actually talk to the person behind the counter. We do not use any fancy software to track things; we just know what is on the shelves by looking. Sometimes we run out of the popular milk brands by midday, so we tell people to come earlier. It is just a normal part of running a shop in this city. We do not make a big deal out of anything. We just open the shutters, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer of the day.
