Hadoti Mahila Kisan Producer Companylimited

Our office is on Bamori Road in Anta, specifically in Ward No. 3. This is part of the Hadoti region, where women have always been very active in farming. We started this producer company so we could manage our own business affairs. The office is a simple building on the side of the road, nothing special or flashy to look at. Inside, we have some basic tables and chairs where we sit to talk about the upcoming season. There are always a few of us here, discussing seeds or the latest rainfall. Anta is a small town, so finding Bamori Road is easy for anyone around here. We don't have a big budget for things like advertising or fancy office equipment, so we just use what we have available. Most of our members are local women who have been working the fields for many years. We aren't trying to sound like a fancy city company. Our language is simple and our goal is just to get our produce sold. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just move our chairs outside into the shade to finish our work. There is a real sense of community here in Ward 3 and we try to look out for one another. The work is steady and honest, without any corporate slogans or mission statements. We just have our ledgers and our daily tasks to get through.
