Antyodaya Farm Producer Company Limited is based over near Dana Majaar in the Anta area of Shahjahanpur. We operate out of a spot connected to Sanjeev Bansal and the family of Shiv Palagarwal. It’s a local business through and through. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters. We mostly meet up near the old buildings and talk about the crops. The area has a lot of history, and we’re just another part of it now. We spend a lot of time thinking about the farmers in this district and how we can all do a bit better for ourselves. It’s a lot of paperwork sometimes, which none of us really enjoy, but it’s necessary to keep things going. The real work is out there in the dirt. We deal with the heat and the dust just like everyone else around here. It’s not a glamorous life. We’re often covered in dust by the end of the day. We try to be helpful to the guys down the road. If someone's tractor breaks or they need an extra hand with the sowing, we try to be there. We’re not looking to get rich quick. We just want to make sure the farms stay productive and the people here have a way to make a living. It’s just everyday work for us. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without much complaining.
