If you ever find yourself on M G Hospital Road, you probably know how hectic it can get. Laxmikant Trivedi is based right near the Kalika Mata area, which is always buzzing with people and vehicles. Being so close to the hospital means there is never a dull moment. We see all sorts of people passing by our door every single day. The office is small and usually filled with the sound of the traffic outside. We’ve got a few old desks and some stacks of papers that always seem to be growing. It’s a practical setup, nothing more. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to folks who drop in. The heat on M G Hospital Road can be pretty intense in the summer, so we keep the windows shut to block out the dust and the noise. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, and we just sit and wait it out with some cold water. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We’ve been around Kalika Mata for a long time, so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Even with all the new buildings popping up, our little corner stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and get through the work one day at a time.
