This location is managed by Mr. Subhendu Kr. Chattopadhyay and Shankar Chattopadhyay over in Bankura. We are specifically at Jogesh Pally in the Mathpara area. It is a local operation here in West Bengal. We do not have a big fancy storefront. It is more of a home-base for the stainless steel business in this district. We spend our time talking to local builders and suppliers who need materials. The pace in Bankura is a bit different than the big cities, but we stay busy enough. There is always some paperwork to file or a customer to follow up with. We handle everything from this small office. It has got a very personal feel because everyone knows everyone in Jogesh Pally. We are not using any high-tech systems or corporate strategies. We just use our phones and our notebooks to keep things straight. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice to talk shop with people passing by. It is a practical way to run things. We do not make big promises; we just try to be helpful and get the steel delivered when people ask for it. It is a straightforward life here. We have been part of the community for a while and we plan to stay that way for a long time. There is always tea ready if someone drops by.
