Jasubhai Engneering Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Balarampur, specifically in the Supur area of Bankura. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren’t used to the roads, but this is where we have our setup. Life in Bankura moves at its own pace, and we’ve adapted our work to fit that. We handle various engineering tasks and projects from this location. It’s a practical workspace, nothing fancy to look at, just a lot of tools and parts lying around where they are needed. Most of the guys working here are locals who have been with us for a long time. We have our fair share of rainy days where the ground gets muddy and everything slows down a bit, but we manage. You won’t find any corporate slogans on the walls here. Instead, you’ll see stacks of paperwork and some old calendars that haven't been flipped in a month. We just try to stay busy and make sure the jobs we take on are finished eventually. Sometimes we run into issues with the power or supplies, but that’s just part of working in this part of the country. We don't spend much time on meetings; we’d rather just be out on the floor getting things done.
