We are based out of Helna Susunia, which is a small village area in the Bankura district of West Bengal. It’s a bit of a trek to get here sometimes, but we’ve been operating Amcon Engineers Pvt.Ltd. from this spot for quite a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular building where we handle our engineering paperwork and planning. Most of the people working here are locals from the village or nearby parts of Bankura. We spend our mornings checking on projects and the afternoons are usually spent dealing with the humidity that hits this part of the state. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in a village like this, but we get by. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. People stop by to talk about work, and we keep things pretty straightforward. The address is Village + P.O -Helna Susunia, and we’re right there in the middle of it. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for when the local market gets busy. We just focus on the engineering jobs we have on hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. There’s no big mystery to how we run things; we just show up and do the work that needs doing every day.
