Our business is located in the village of Dadhimukha, which is in the Bankura district of West Bengal. It’s a rural area, and our office and workshop are right there at the post office address. We deal with weighing systems, so we have all kinds of scales and balances around the place. Some are small for shops, and some are much larger for industrial use. Being in Bankura means we serve a lot of local businesses and farms in the surrounding villages. It’s not a fast-paced city environment. Things move a bit slower here, which is fine by us. We spend our time calibrating machines and making sure everything is accurate. If a scale is off by even a little bit, it causes problems for everyone. We have a small workshop where we do the repairs. Sometimes we have to travel out to a customer's site if the equipment is too big to move. The roads around here can be a bit rough, but we’re used to it. We’ve lived and worked in Dadhimukha for a long time, and we know most of the people who come to us. We don't have a website or do much advertising. People just know where we are. It’s a steady job, and we focus on making sure the weights are right. We're just a local business doing what we know how to do.
