We have roots in two places. Our permanent address is in Bankura, right at Pratap Bagan North, across from Shib Sankar Girls’ School. But these days, most of our daily work happens over in Haldia, West Bengal. It’s a bit of a split, but we make it work. In Haldia, we are surrounded by the industrial port atmosphere, which is very different from the school neighborhood back in Bankura. We do various types of technology work, mostly focusing on the practical side of things. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have the usual desks, some old chairs, and a lot of computer parts lying around. It’s a place for working, not for showing off. We aren't a big company with a HR department or a PR team. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes we miss the quieter streets of Bankura, but Haldia is where the action is right now. We tend to work long hours when a project is due, and the office can get a bit cluttered with paperwork and empty chai glasses. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just take the requirements and try to build something that actually works. Whether we are in Bankura or Haldia, the goal is the same—just keep the projects moving and stay on top of the technical stuff we handle every day. It is a bit of a balancing act between the two locations.
