Dhananjay Kumar is my name and I work here with the support of Mr. Brijkishor Babu. We are located in the Reddy Building Layout, which is very close to the market in Jigani, Bangalore. Our company name is a bit long, Ups Inverter Export Business Growth, but it tells you what we focus on. Jigani is out on the edge of the city, so it’s much more industrial than the center of Bangalore. You see a lot of trucks and big warehouses around here. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a practical space near the market. It’s convenient because we can get whatever we need for the day just by walking a few minutes. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes, but that is part of being in a growing area. We spend a lot of time checking on things and making sure everything is moving along. It is a very busy environment. We don’t have a big HR department or corporate meetings. Usually, it is just us talking across the room to get things sorted. The Karnataka weather is usually good, which helps when we have to be out and about. We started here because the location made sense for the kind of work we do. It’s just a straightforward operation in a busy part of town. There are always people moving around the layout and plenty of noise from the shops.
