Electronics Communication

We are set up in a place called Ethnicity in Kottayam, Kerala. The pin code is 686 635. Electronics Communication is what we call ourselves, but we’re really just a small team working on various tech pieces. Kerala is beautiful, though the rain can be a real hassle when we’re trying to keep the inventory dry. Our shop isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s got concrete floors and some old metal shelves that we’ve had since we started. We focus on communication devices, which covers a lot of ground these days. Most of our time is spent testing things and making sure the signals aren't getting crossed. It’s quiet work, for the most part. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us in the back with a soldering iron in hand. We’ve learned that being honest about how long a fix will take is better than promising something we can't do. People around Kottayam seem to like that we don't put on airs. We just work on the electronics and try to keep the shop from getting too messy, though we usually fail at the second part. There’s always a project on the table and a cup of tea somewhere nearby. That’s just how we run things here at our little spot in Kerala. It feels right.
