We put this company together so we could have a bit more say in how our produce is handled. Dealing with everything alone was getting too difficult. Ram Niwas Farmers Producer Company Limited is just a group of neighbors trying to help each other out. Sitaram lets us use his space for the records and the basic stuff we need to track. We don't have any fancy brochures or a website that looks like it cost a lot of money. Most of us spend our time in the fields anyway. We worry about the rain and the prices of fertilizer just like everyone else. If you stop by Bhojehra, you'll see it’s a pretty quiet area. We don't have any big goals other than keeping our farms going and making sure we can sell what we grow. It’s a lot of manual labor and not much else. We keep it simple because that’s what we know. There are no bosses here, just people working together. We've been doing this for a while and we just take it one day at a time.
