Mitaan Krushak Producer Company Limited is situated in Ward No. 5 of Rawan village. This is in the Baloda Bazar area, specifically under the Bhatapara-Raipur region. We are right there near the post office in Rawan, so it is easy to find for anyone in the tehsil. The office is a simple place where we manage the work of many local farmers. Baloda Bazar is known for its cement factories, but the agriculture side is just as important to the people living here. We spend our mornings looking at the sky and wondering if the rain will come on time this year. The village is small enough that everybody knows when a visitor arrives. We don't have any fancy marketing teams or anything like that. It is just a few of us sitting in a room with a lot of ledgers and some mobile phones. Sometimes we go out to the fields to see how the crops are doing. The dirt gets on your shoes and the sun is hot, but that is the life of a farmer producer company.
