Stelic Solutions Private Limited is located at Satti Kothi, right by Mahabir Ghat in Ballia. It is a pretty historic-feeling part of town. You can feel the breeze off the river sometimes if the windows are open. The office is in an old building, which gives it some character, though the plumbing can be a bit temperamental. We have been here for a while now. It is a small operation. We do not have a HR department or a PR team. It is just us doing the work. Ballia is a bit quieter than the big cities, and we like it that way. Most people around here know us by name. We are not trying to sound like some high-tech giant from a movie. We are just local people with some skills trying to make a living. Our day usually starts with checking the schedule and seeing what is urgent. There is a lot of paperwork sometimes, which isn't fun, but it has to be done. We use basic tools and try not to overcomplicate things. If something is broken, we fix it. If someone has a question, we answer it plainly. There is no jargon used in this office. We value being able to talk to people normally. It is a modest setup at Mahabir Ghat, but it is ours and we are proud of the work that comes out of it.
