Dekight Computer Technology(Agra)

We are located in Dalchhapra, which is a village in the Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh. Even though the name says Agra, this is where we actually do the work. It’s a very rural area. Our shop is just a small room where we have some computers and tools for fixing things. We deal with technology, but in a very hands-on way. People from the village bring in their broken laptops or ask us to help them with internet stuff. It’s not like those big tech centers in the cities. We have to deal with power cuts and slow connections quite often. We just do what we can with what we have. Sometimes we sell a few parts or help someone set up a new device. It’s just a couple of us here. We learned about computers and decided to help out the people in our own village. It gets dusty, and we have to clean the keyboards a lot. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sign. Most people just know us by name. It’s honest work, helping folks get connected. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and trying to find spare parts. It’s a quiet life in Dalchhapra, but we keep busy enough with the repairs. Sometimes the parts take a week to arrive from the city, so we have to ask people to be patient. We just take it one computer at a time and try to keep everything running for the neighbors around here.
