You can find Ipbyte Private Limited at House Number 15 in the village of Malhauwan. We are based out of Shamsher Bahadur Singh’s property in the Ballia district. It’s a very rural setting, which is exactly how we like it. The air is fresh and there is plenty of space. We don’t have to deal with the traffic or the noise of a city like Lucknow. Ballia-277213 is our home and we wanted to bring some tech work to this area. The office is basically just a few rooms in a solid house. We have our desks, our chairs, and our computers all hooked up. Sometimes the cows walk past the window and that’s just part of the daily view. We don’t have a HR department or a PR team. It’s just us doing the work that comes our way. Shamsher Bahadur Singh is a respected figure here, so we try to keep the place tidy and respectful. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and writing code or whatever else needs doing. It can get quite hot in the summers, so the ceiling fans are always on full blast. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and build things using the internet. It’s a quiet life in Malhauwan, but we are busy enough to keep our heads down. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-task.
