The office is a plain building on a busy road, but inside it’s just us talking about farming. We aren't corporate people with suits; we are the same people you see out in the fields every day. We set this up to help manage the produce and get things moving. Bellary Road can get a bit loud with the traffic, but once you step inside, it is all business about seeds and harvests. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. There is a table where we sit and go over the numbers, and that is about it. It’s a practical setup for practical people. If the door is open, someone is usually inside checking the accounts or talking to a member about their yield.
