Prakash Offset Machinery (P) Pvt Ltd. is tucked away in Gali No. 1 over at Raghubir Colony. We are right by the Sibi Gate, which is a familiar landmark for everyone who lives around here. The business is mostly about offset printing machines and the various parts they need to keep running. It’s a family-run place, so it has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it. The workshop is not very big, and it gets quite cramped when we have a few machines in for repair. You will usually find us covered in ink or oil, trying to get a gear to line up properly. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come to see us, you’ll just walk straight into where the work happens. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. The colony is a bit quieter than the main roads, but there is still plenty of activity. We have been in this spot for years and have built a decent reputation just by being consistent. We don't go in for big advertisements or promotional talk. We just show people the machines and explain how they work in plain English. Sometimes the repairs are difficult and take a lot of patience, but that is just part of the trade. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the printing presses moving for our customers in the local area.
