Jartolia Pack Mech

Down here in Sector 56, specifically at Kila No. 12 in Rajeev Colony, things stay pretty busy throughout the week. Jartolia Pack Mech is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s out on Samaypur Road, so there is always dust from the trucks passing by and the sound of machinery humming in the background. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. It’s usually just us in our work clothes, making sure the packing machines are actually doing what they are supposed to. The floor is concrete, and it's got its share of oil stains and scratches from moving heavy parts around over the years. We keep our tools close by and usually have a radio playing somewhere in the corner to break the silence. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s where the real work happens. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so we don't need a manual for everything anymore. Sometimes we stop for tea and talk about the weather or the traffic on the way in. It’s a simple life, really. We focus on the metal and the gears, making sure everything fits together right before it heads out. Being in Rajeev Colony feels right for a business like ours because everyone around here is working just as hard.
