Our place is over on Plot No. 17 in Agwanpur, right near Holi Chowk. If you’re coming down Samepur Road, you probably see the Rajeev Colony sign first. We’ve been set up here for a bit, doing the usual industrial grinding work. It’s a bit of a dusty environment, but that’s expected when you’re dealing with the kind of materials we have. Usually, the day starts early when the gates open and the guys start getting the equipment ready. We aren't a huge operation, just a local business trying to keep up with what the customers ask for. The area gets a bit crowded during the day, especially near the chowk, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend most of our time on the floor, making sure everything is running like it should. There’s no big corporate structure here, just a few of us who know how to handle the machines and get the job finished. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the machines to finish their cycles. It’s loud, it’s a bit messy, and there’s always something that needs oiling or tightening. We don’t do anything flashy, just the work that comes in through the door. Sometimes people stop by just to ask directions because we’re a recognizable spot on the road. We just keep our heads down and stay busy doing what we know how to do best.
