Nuitom Technology Private Limited

Nuitom Technology Private Limited is based out of Balasore. We’re located on the Damodarpur Kilapokhari Road, right near the Shym Sundar Mandir. The office is at the home of Kishor Kumar Panigrahi. It’s a very local setup, not some high-rise office building in a tech park. We like it that way because it feels more personal and connected to the neighborhood. Balasore is a quiet place to do technology work, and being near the temple gives the area a nice, calm feel. Our team is small, mostly just a few friends and colleagues who have been working together for a long time. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk to each other easily without needing phones. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in whenever someone needs help. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup, but that’s just part of life here. We focus on getting things right for the people who hire us. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. Most people find out about us through word of mouth in the local area. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the computers. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we’re happy with how things are going on Kilapokhari Road.
