Tcl, Bbsr

This is our little branch of Tcl over here in Balasore, Orissa. A lot of people might think of Bhubaneswar when they see the BBSR name, but we are actually based here in Balasore. It’s a bit of a smaller place compared to the capital, which suits us just fine. The office is pretty basic and we mostly deal with technical stuff all day. It gets very humid here because of being in Orissa, so we are always grateful for the fans or the AC if it’s working that day. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't connecting like they should. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and talking to people who are frustrated with their tech. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while now. We know the local area well and where to get the best lunch for a decent price. Most of the time, the work is just routine stuff that needs to get finished before the sun goes down. We don't really go in for big marketing or trying to sound like we are changing the world. We just fix things and keep the systems going for whoever needs them. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late if a project is acting up, but that is just part of the deal for us.
