Nisarg Nirman Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. is based in Shop number 26 of the B. V. V. S. Complex. We spend our days surrounded by bags of seeds, fertilizers, and other things that farmers need for their crops. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things high up on the shelves. It has a very distinct smell of earth and agriculture, which is something you get used to pretty quickly. The complex itself is always buzzing with people going to different shops, so we see a lot of foot traffic. We spend a lot of time talking to our customers about their soil or what they should plant for the next season. It’s a very practical business. We don't have a fancy office or a corporate headquarters; just this shop in the complex. We use a small wooden desk to handle the accounts and keep our records. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from the sacks of grain, but we sweep it up when things quiet down. We are usually here early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We don't do much advertising; people just know we are here in the B. V. V. S. Complex. It’s a simple life, focused on the seasons and the needs of the local farmers who drop by.
