You can find us at Plot No-103 in the Agro Tech Park out in Navanager. Being part of Asn Agri Genetics Pvt. Ltd. means we spend a lot of time thinking about seeds and soil. The park is a bit quieter than the center of town, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical work. Our facility is a mix of a workshop and a small office. We have rows of samples and bags of seeds waiting to be tested or shipped out to farmers. It’s not a glamorous life, despite the name of the park. Most days, we’re wearing sturdy boots because we might end up out in a field just as easily as sitting behind a computer. We talk a lot about crop cycles and weather patterns here. The air in Navanager feels a bit more open, but the work is still demanding. We don't have a polished PR department writing our stories. It’s just us, trying to figure out which genetics will work best for the next season. Sometimes the experiments don’t go as planned, and we have to start over. That’s just part of the science. We enjoy the quiet routine of the plot, checking the growth and making notes in our journals. It’s a steady kind of business, rooted in the land, and we’re just here to do our part in the agricultural chain and keep things moving forward.
