Shubhas Chandra Boss Academy

Shubhas Chandra Boss Academy is out in Baragaon. It’s a part of Faizabad that feels a bit more open than the city center. We named the place after the famous leader, which most people around here recognize immediately. The academy serves the local kids from the surrounding villages and the Baragaon area itself. We have a simple building with several classrooms. It’s nothing too elaborate, just brick and mortar where learning happens. The pin code is 224001 for anyone looking for the exact spot. We spend our days organizing the schedule and making sure the teachers are ready. It’s a lot of work keeping a school running, especially with the heat in the summer months. We have some trees around the perimeter which helps a bit with the shade. Most of the kids walk or cycle here. It’s a very grounded place. We don't use any corporate talk or big promises. We just open the gates in the morning and do our best to teach the lessons. The staff is local and we all know each other’s names. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the kids are out on their break. We just want to provide a decent place for the youth in this corner of Faizabad to sit and learn their lessons.
