Manas Career Institute

If you go behind the Faizabad Railway Station, near the Khojanpur Police Station, you’ll find us. Manas Career Institute is right there in that busy little pocket of the city. Being near the station means it’s always loud with trains and people, but we’ve grown used to it. We help people prepare for their careers, mostly through coaching and guidance. The building isn’t anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and focus. We have a few rooms and enough chairs for everyone who shows up. People from the 224001 zip code and even further out come by because the train makes it easy to reach us. We don't put out fancy advertisements. Most people hear about us from friends or family. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s a lot of talking and explaining things. Sometimes we run out of chalk or the markers go dry, but we just grab more and keep going. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’re just regular folks trying to help others get a foot in the door for their future jobs. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep the inside tidy enough. The tea stall right outside is where we usually take our breaks when things get a bit too hectic inside.
