Out here in Garkheda, things move at their own pace. We are located at Plot 118 in Ganesh Nagar. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood mostly. If you are looking for our office, it is just a regular building among the houses. We do IT work here, fixing things and setting up systems for people who need them. Most of the time it is just us and our computers. We don't have a big reception area or a guy in a suit waiting at the door. You just come in and talk to whoever isn't buried in a screen. The tea stall around the corner is where we get most of our breaks done. It’s nice being in a residential area because you don’t feel the rush of the main market. We’ve had this spot for a while and the locals know us as the computer people. It’s not a massive operation, just a handful of us trying to make things work. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets stuck, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. The desks are a bit messy with wires and old keyboards, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do big meetings; we just shout across the room if someone needs help. It’s a simple setup and that’s basically how we like to keep it. There is a small tree out front that gives some shade for our bikes during the afternoon heat.
