We are based out of the STPI building in the MIDC area of Chikalthana. Our specific spot is T21/2. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there are a lot of other manufacturing and tech companies around us. The building is one of those standard, no-nonsense government structures, very functional and straightforward for working. We’ve been here for a while now, working on various software projects and solutions for different people. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks with people staring at their screens all day. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, maybe a few old posters on the walls or some plants that someone occasionally forgets to water. The canteen in the MIDC area is where most of us end up for lunch. It’s a good place to meet people from the other tech firms nearby and hear what's going on. We don’t go in for all the fancy modern office perks like beanbags or games. We just focus on writing the code and making sure the software actually works for the people using it. Sometimes the power flutters during the monsoon, but the backup generators usually kick in pretty quick so we don't lose work. It’s a busy environment with a lot of people coming and going. The commute out to Chikalthana can be long depending on where you live, but we’ve got a good routine going. We just keep our heads down and get through the task list.
