Shailesh Plastics

Shailesh Plastics has its home over at Sec-C, Plot No. 266 in the MIDC Waluj area. If you’ve ever been to Waluj, you know it’s a massive place dedicated to manufacturing. Our plot is right in the middle of all that activity. We spend our days surrounded by the smell of materials and the sound of the machines running. It’s a gritty environment, but it’s where we feel most at home. We’ve got the layout of the shop floor memorized, from the storage bins to the loading dock. There’s always something that needs fixing or a stack of crates that needs moving. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes near the production area. It’s been our base for quite some time now. We deal with the usual stuff like late shipments or machine maintenance, and we just handle it as it comes. The MIDC area is full of people doing exactly what we do, so there’s a real sense of being part of the local industry. We don’t do much in the way of talking. We mostly just keep the operations going from morning till night. It’s a simple life of working with plastics and making sure the orders are ready to go out to the trucks waiting in the yard, ready for the next shipment cycle.
