We are situated right off Anandvihar Paithan Road, which is a fairly easy spot to get to once you know the turns. It’s a bit different running an energy business out of a residential area like this, but it works for us. It feels more like a community than a cold office park. We have our desks set up and plenty of room for the equipment we need to move around. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and peek in while we are loading the van for a job. It is a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation with a hundred layers of management. It is just a small team here making sure the work gets done correctly. Paithan Road can get a little congested during the morning rush, so we usually try to get an early start. The office gets a lot of natural light, which is nice when you are stuck inside doing paperwork. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just an honest place where we put in our hours and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. We don't have fancy lobby chairs, but we always have a spot for anyone who drops by.
