Oyster English School

You can find us at Plot No 27 in Sindhi Colony, right in the Garkheda area of Aurangabad. Being near Jalna Road means it’s always a bit busy around here. Oyster English School is a local place where we mostly focus on the day-to-day of teaching. The building isn't huge, but it fits our classrooms and the small office where all the admin work happens. We have a lot of students from the nearby colonies, so there is a real sense of being a neighborhood school. In the mornings, the street gets crowded with parents on scooters dropping off their kids. Inside, it’s the usual sounds of teachers talking and children reciting their lessons. We use English for our classes, which is what the parents here want. The rooms are basic with desks and boards, and we try to keep them as cool as possible during those hot Maharashtra afternoons. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer teachers. There isn’t a lot of fluff or fancy talk here. We just get through the books, hold the exams, and make sure everyone follows the rules. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. Sometimes we have a little celebration for a holiday, which usually means some snacks and a bit of a mess to clean up afterward. That’s pretty much what life is like at our school.
