Orum Traders

Orum Traders is located on the first floor at 5-6-56, inside the Laxmi Estate Agency building. We’re in Naralibaug, very close to Anjali Cinema. It’s an older building, so you have to walk up the stairs to find us. We’ve been trading here for a while now. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of stock piled up in the corners. It’s not the most modern office, but it works for us. We handle a variety of trading goods. Every day is a bit different depending on what people are asking for. Being near the cinema means there’s always something going on outside. The street can get a bit loud, especially in the evenings when the shows let out. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people find us because they know the building or they’ve heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We focus on just getting the orders right. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there and wait for it to come back. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know most of the people in the other offices nearby. It feels like a small community in this part of Naralibaug. We just keep our heads down and get through the day's tasks. There isn't any magic to it. We just buy things and sell them as needed.
