Ntmed Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is situated out in the MIDC Shendra area of Aurangabad. We are at Plot Number P-17, and our specific spot is Gala Number 231. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC means we are surrounded by factories and warehouses. It’s not a fancy place with parks or shopping malls. It’s a working-class area where people come to put in their shifts. Our gala is a simple, functional space where we handle all our business operations. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the background, which you eventually stop noticing after a few weeks. The air can be a bit heavy with the smell of industry, and the roads are often full of large lorries. It’s a long way from the main city of Aurangabad, so we usually have to pack our lunch or rely on the local canteen. Our day consists of managing inventory and making sure everything is moving through the system as it should. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception area with a coffee machine. It’s just a practical workspace for practical people. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of working in an industrial estate. We just wait for it to come back on and then get back to whatever we were doing before. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do.
