If you head down Satara Road in Usmanpura and keep going beyond the railway lines, you’ll find Marathwada Chemical Industries Private Limited. We are located at Sr No. 43/ 2. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the main shopping areas, but for a chemical business, it’s a good spot to be. The sound of the trains passing by is something we’ve all stopped noticing after being here so long. Our facility is more about function than form. We have the space we need for our equipment and materials, and that’s what matters most to us. There’s no big shiny sign out front, just a plain one that lets you know you’re in the right place. We don't have a big marketing budget, and we don't spend time writing fancy mission statements. We’re just focused on the day-to-day operations and making sure everything runs safely. The team here is a mix of older hands who’ve been around for decades and a few younger folks learning the ropes. We eat lunch together in a small break room that smells slightly of old wood and tea. It’s not the most glamorous place to work, but it’s honest work. Being tucked away behind the railway lines gives us a bit of peace to get on with things without too many distractions. It’s been our home at Sr No. 43/ 2 for a long time now.
