Adorn Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is located right in the middle of MIDC Valuj at H-25/2. If you know the industrial area, you know it gets pretty hot and dusty during the day with all the trucks passing by. We have been operating out of this unit for a good bit of time. The office part is small, and most of our space is taken up by drums and equipment. Every morning we start by checking the inventory and seeing what needs to go out to the clients. It is a lot of handling chemicals and making sure the labels are right. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it is just us managing the production and talking to the drivers who come to pick up the loads. Sometimes the logistics get a bit messy, especially when the rain hits the Valuj roads, but we manage to keep things on track. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while looking over the day's logs. It’s not a glamorous job, dealing with industrial chemicals all day, but it’s what we do. Our gate stays open most of the day because there is always someone coming in for a delivery or a signature. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the industrial chaos. It’s a practical way to run a business without any of the corporate polish you might see elsewhere.
