Our workshop is located at Plot No.H-23/1/7 in the Waluj M I D C area. If you know Waluj, you know it’s a massive place full of factories and constant noise. We fit right in with the rest of them. The industrial area can be quite a grind, with the dust and the heavy vehicles constantly moving on the roads. Our space is filled with the usual industrial gear, and it’s rarely quiet during the day. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or free coffee. Most of the time, we’re too busy looking at machines or checking measurements to worry about how the place looks. We’ve been operating out of this plot for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as more units opened up. The work we do is practical and sometimes messy. We handle various industrial tasks that come through the door, mainly for other businesses in the MIDC. It’s a lot of routine, but every day brings a different small problem to solve. We take our breaks when we can, usually sitting on whatever is available. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone knows what they need to do, and we just get it done. The Waluj sun can be brutal on the tin roof, but we’re used to it. It’s just how things go at Plot H-23.
