We are based in Aurangabad, specifically in Avishkar Colony within the N-6 area of Cidco. You can find us on the second floor of Plot No. 18. It’s a nice enough spot, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. Lexgenix Internet isn’t a massive company with hundreds of workers. We’re a smaller team that’s been around for a while. The office is pretty simple. We have our desks, some bookshelves that are mostly full of old manuals, and a small area where we make tea. Aurangabad is a bit more relaxed than the bigger cities, but we still keep a steady pace. We don't use any fancy management techniques or have big meetings for no reason. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be fixed. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but we’re used to them by now. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, so we have our backups ready to go. We like the neighborhood because it’s mostly houses and small shops. It feels like a community where people actually know each other. We don’t have any slick marketing slogans or big promises. We just try to provide a decent service and stay busy with our work. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day.
