Down in Midc Waluj, at Plot No.E-70/33, you’ll find our factory. Jindal Dye Intermediate Ltd. is one of those places that deals with the messy side of industry. Making dye intermediates involves a lot of tanks, pipes, and people wearing heavy boots. The Waluj area is huge, and our plot is just one of many, but we’ve made it our home. The walls have a bit of staining from the years of work, and the ground is always a bit marked too, no matter how much we wash it. It’s hot work, especially in the summer months when the sun hits the metal roof. We have a shift system, so there is usually someone here at all hours. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to our customers over the phone or when they stop by to check on their orders. The paperwork gets done on a wooden desk in a corner office that’s slightly cooler than the rest of the building. It’s a practical environment. We focus on the chemistry and making sure the batches come out the way they are supposed to. Some days are slow, and some days we are rushing to meet a deadline, but that’s the nature of the chemical business in an industrial zone like this. We just keep the boilers running and do our jobs.
