Akanksha Packs

We are located at F-66 in the MIDC area of Waluj. It’s a busy industrial zone and Akanksha Packs has been a part of it for a while now. The morning commute is usually filled with the sound of trucks and workers heading to their shifts. Our unit isn't the biggest on the block, but we make good use of every square inch. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of the machines running. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what we produce. It’s repetitive work, but it has to be done right. We don’t use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned hard work and paying attention to the details. The weather in Waluj can get really hot, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and try to stay cool. Most of the guys here live nearby, so it’s a real local operation. We know the other business owners on our street and we grab lunch at the same spots. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here; we just work side by side. If there’s a problem with a machine, we fix it ourselves. We don't wait for a technician from the city if we can help it. It keeps us moving. People around here know us for being reliable. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just do the work we’re given and try to go home on time to our families.
