We’re based out in Aurangabad, specifically in the Nakshatrawadi area. If you know where Phase-I is, we’re tucked away behind the BE area at Sai Shraddha Enclave. Innovinc Global Systems Private Limited operates out of Flat A-3 on the ground floor, which makes it easy since we don’t have to deal with any stairs. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of the city, but it’s a good spot for us. There are about five of us who are here regularly. We mostly work on systems stuff, trying to keep things running for our clients without too much drama. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s got desks, computers, and a small area for lunch. We started this because we all worked in bigger firms before and got tired of all the rules that didn't make any sense. Now we just do things our own way. G.No. 86/P is a fairly quiet spot, which is nice when you have a lot of data to go through. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or advertising. Usually, someone knows someone we’ve worked with, and they give us a call. It’s a steady way to live. Living and working in Aurangabad has its own pace, and we’ve grown to appreciate it. We’re not rushing to be the next big global firm; we’re just happy to be working on systems that matter to the people who use them. It's a modest life.
