Our spot is Bunglow No 11 over in Vivekanand Nagar, which is part of the Cidco area. It’s a nice change of pace from those cramped office blocks you see in the city center. Being in a bungalow means we have a bit of a yard, though we don't really do much gardening. Most of the time we’re inside at our desks. The street is pretty narrow, so if a truck comes through, everything stops for a minute. We have a few neighbors who have lived here for decades, so we try to keep the noise down. The office inside is a bit of a maze with different rooms for different things. It’s got a bit of a homey feel, probably because it used to be a house. We don't have a fancy sign, just a small one near the gate so people don't get lost. The light in the afternoons is actually quite nice through the front windows. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes heat up some snacks. It’s a relaxed environment, and we don't really care about dress codes or any of that. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few bikes parked out front and hear the hum of the computers. It’s just a group of us working away in a quiet residential corner. We like the independence of having our own building rather than sharing a floor with ten other companies.
