Find Your Path Technologies Private Limited is located at Plot No 5-6-7 in the MIDC area of Waluj. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not the most scenic place, but it’s where a lot of the real work happens around here. We have a fair amount of space across those three plots. It’s more of a workshop feel than a sleek tech office. We’ve got concrete floors and high ceilings, which stays a bit cooler when the sun is really beating down outside. Waluj is a busy place with lots of trucks and machinery moving around all day long. We fit right in with that industrial vibe. Our team is a mix of people who have been in tech for years and some younger folks just starting out. We don’t bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. We just see what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we’re working on hardware, other times it’s software, it just depends on the day. We have a small area for lunch where we all sit together. It’s not anything special, just some plastic tables and chairs. We don't spend money on looking important. We’d rather spend it on better tools for our work. It’s a straightforward way of running things. We’ve been part of the Waluj industrial community for a while now and we plan to stay put. We just enjoy the work.
