Our office is over in N. 5 Cidco, right across from the big water tank on Cannot Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in the Savarkar N Nagar area. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. We also talk to local businesses that need extra hands for their shops or offices. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork, to be honest. The office has a few metal desks and some plastic chairs for people to wait. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the files pile up on the corners of the desks when it gets busy. We see all kinds of people coming through the door. Some are fresh out of school and others have been working for years and want a change. We just try to see who fits where based on what we have written down. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us here trying to keep track of who’s hiring around town. The water tank across the street is the best landmark to give people when they get lost. We’ve been in this part of Cidco for a bit now. The neighborhood is usually quite active, which is good for us. We don't have a big corporate setup or fancy lobby. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and talk to people about their jobs. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things harder, but we manage to get the job done.
