Nimai Childrens Hospital

Our hospital for children is located at Anteardwip, Plot Number 2/3, in the Rangan Housing Society. We are right on the N9 M2 Road, specifically near the Tv Centre Road and Jijau Chowk. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial districts, which is good for the kids. We have decorated the walls with some bright colors to make it look a bit less scary for the little ones who come in. There is usually the sound of a baby crying or kids playing in the small waiting corner. The doctors and nurses here are used to the noise and the energy that children bring. We spend our days doing checkups, giving shots, and talking to parents about their worries. The Rangan Housing Society is a nice neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a while now. We have a few rooms for kids who need to stay overnight, and we try to make them as comfortable as we can with the space we have. It’s a lot of work keeping everything clean and organized, especially when things get busy in the evenings after school lets out. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that; we are just a local hospital trying to look after the health of the kids in this part of town. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door and what kind of help they need.
