Chiranjeev Childrens Hospital

We’ve been running things here at Chiranjeev Childrens Hospital for quite some time now. You can find us over at Chetan Trade Center, which is basically right across from St Francis High School on Jalna Road. It's a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. Inside, it’s mostly what you’d expect from a place that sees kids all day. There are some old chairs in the waiting area and a few toys scattered around that we try to keep organized, though that’s a losing battle most afternoons. Our team is just a handful of people who live nearby. We aren't big on those fancy uniforms or corporate talk. We just want to make sure the kids who come in with a cough or a scraped knee get what they need so they can go home. Sometimes the wait is a bit long because things get unpredictable, especially during the flu season. We drink plenty of tea in the back room to keep going when it gets crowded. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on the patients than the decor. It's just a local spot where people know our names. We see a lot of parents who went to the school across the street themselves. It feels like a small community even though the road outside is always moving fast.
